“Truly, the best auto shop I've ever been to. Helped me for over an hour assessing damage to my car, recommended cheaper options rather than more expensive solutions, followed up with me, made me coffee, and didn't charge a dime for their assessment. Very kind and helpful. recommended.”

“I had a great experience here. The owner, Martin, is a rarity in the auto business: relaxed, straightforward and honest; simply put, he’s a nice guy. His work is excellent, as well as fast and affordable. Heaven forbid I ever have to visit an auto body shop again, but if I do it will be Venice Auto Body.”

“Edit: they honor their “life time guarantee” and fixed the issue. Save all of your paperwork from here. Avoid Mark, the other guy in charge (can’t think of his name) was great. Some of the worst service I’ve ever received at an auto body. I got my door fixed here a few years after a hit and run. I pointed out it wasn’t aligned properly when I picked it up and the mechanic giving me back my car pushed on it and said “it’s fine”. It has given me issues ever since and I have just had my last straw. Absolutely disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend going here, especially if you are a woman, it is a stereotypical situation where they don’t listen to us here.”

“I brought my car in for an oil change and asked that they check the engine. They noticed that the thermostat and the hose that connects it needed replacing. They saw that both were under warranty and replaced both at no charge. All that just for the price of an oil change. The all-around car care is wonderful! Thank you PRESTIGE”
