“Pam was the BEST!!! Probably one of the best car rental customer service experiences I’ve had. I had to extend my reservation and she made the process smooth, easy and seamless. She was very polite, friendly, kind and thoughtful.

She went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of in the easiest and best way for me. She gave customer first service, which is the opposite of what I experienced at the OAK airport and LAX Budget counters. (Those were pretty horrible.). She even proactively searched for a better rate for my extension.

Even though she was busy with customers, she made sure to acknowledge me and apologized for the delay. Very nice and kind service. (Again especially compared to the other counters, where there are very long waits and not nice staff.)
