“I rented from this Budget location in Venice, California, for 4 months, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jerry provided outstanding customer service. He was always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this location!”

“Overall the experience was positive. Friendly and helpful staff. A minor degrade for the limited parking space during return. Limited choice of cars. It’s impossible to get a convertible, and when you book a sedan, they give you an SUV and call it „upgrade“. Not everyone is into SUVs though.”

“Highly recommended! Jerry and Pam were both very kind and honest. I picked up the car from LAX location. When I returned the car here, they took out the ridiculous extra service fees LAX location has imposed once they realized that the LAX people did not explain the fees to me clearly. Ps I would suggest call them in advance to make sure they do have a car for you when you book”
