“I came in here in a panic because I know absolutely nothing about cars. When I say these lads are the best, please believe me.

I had a nail in my tire and some sort of flappy bit going on, and I was basically just standing there hoping for the best. They patched the tire up, sorted everything out, and somehow managed to make me feel like I’d gained a minor qualification in car maintenance by the time I left.

I also learned that wheel locks are a thing. I had absolutely no idea. Thankfully, they knew exactly where to find mine, because apparently owning a car requires knowing about approximately 47 things I have never heard of.

William did the work on my car and what a star. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and just genuinely lovely. The whole team was so welcoming and actually took the time to explain things to me rather than making me feel like an idiot for not knowing them.

And then there’s Rudy. He didn’t even work on my car, but I love him anyway. Also, they give you free bananas. Yes, bananas. I did not expect to leave a tire shop with both a functioning tire and a piece of fruit, but here we are.

I literally made an appointment because I had a nail in my tire and left with a fixed car, a banana, and significantly more knowledge than I arrived with.

Honestly, I hope these guys continue to get loads of business because they deserve it. Great service, quality work, genuinely nice people, and they were FAST.

I have different sized tires in the back than in the front and Tyler knew exactly what my car needed and got me in under budget. “I was looking for a local tire shop in West LA because dealership prices have gotten out of hand. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Cook’s Tire & Service a try.

Enrique was friendly and easy to work with. I planned to leave my car overnight, but he said they could mount the tires, balance them, and do the alignment in just a couple of hours. They also have a comfortable waiting area with a TV, coffee, and bottled water.
