“Just got a futon from here. I stopped in because I have friends who have shopped here before who really liked it. Jesse was working and helped me figure out what I was looking for BUT the reason I would definitely recommend is because I told him straight up, I have a small car, and no help to move things in and out of my house. If I buy it, it has to be lightweight and small. He said this one futon would be good, but I told him I thought it was too big/too heavy. He then unpacked it, and loaded it into my car FOR ME. It literally took me like 15 mins to go in, find what I wanted, and get his help taking it out! You do NOT get that kind of help/experience from buying cheap furniture online. Go here, you won't regret it!”

“Today we picked up this amazing couch, pillows, and lamp, all for great low prices and high quality items. After shopping at over a dozen furniture and home decor stores all day, we found the absolute best items here. Adding on to all of the amazing items in the shop, the service was unbelievable. The couch was so large it took two trips, and one of the people working there offered to come back even after the store closed to help us get the next parts of the couch loaded into our car. Service was amazing, items were amazing, and the prices were amazing. 100% will be coming back.”

“Stopped in yesterday with my wife. This company recently moved into this space.The furniture here is beautiful! I could literally say that line 100 times. This furniture is beautiful they have a bunch of hand carved items here that are fantastic. What I really liked was the tables that they had. They had a beautiful 10 foot teakwood table. They are beautiful 6 foot table table. They also have some rugs that you can buy. There’s some amazing teak wood benches. But I will see to it that the staff was very friendly I was able to meet the new owner and he’s super kind. Make sure that you stop in here your next time downtown.”
“This company hires wonderful employees that go out of their way to help you. One employee even sent me pics on her cell phone to show me a mattress since I was out of state! The next day when I had questions she happily answered them even though she was off work! I didn't realize that she was off work until she told me to call the store to give them my credit card info to complete my purchase. The man that helped me was also wonderful. I highly recommend this company for fairly priced and inexpensive yet very comfortable mattresses.”

All the furniture is beautifully restored; when I was there they had an amazing credenza that turned into a bar. Their store is filled with equally unique items for the home and they also provide restoration services. The owners, Matt and Courtney, are very friendly and helpful... they provided me with amazing customer service. Thanks!!”
“This is the newer Ross Ventura, and it’s pretty nice. I stopped in here today with my daughter to look around and see what we could find. In the story, you’ll find everything from house goods, frying pans, home decor, artwork, shoes, clothes and much more.I was primarily looking for a pair of workout shorts. They had several options, but I ended up not buying any. I always like to find something with zippers for the pocket.They had a ton of shoes available also today. Lots of socks options too for men.”

“Going back to Keenan for my plumbing and sewer jetting supplies from now on. I was having a hard time finding a 1/4" spring lead for my jetter hose and finally came across Keenan which is across the street from my old church.I called and spoke to Nick and he was outstanding. Great vibes and customer service. He found what I needed at a great price and said it would be here about 5 days later and called me today to let me know it was in.I picked it up at the parts counter where I met Chris the manager who was also really nice. We had some good conversation and I told them I would help them with editing their Google Business hours since they didn't really understand how it worked.As an owner of a tech company in Ventura, I told them I would help real quick so others would have the correct hours. I just submitted the edit for Google to approve since their hours on my google maps said they were open at 9am M-F and closed at 4pm which concerned me because Nick said they'd be open until 4:30pm and it was like 4:15 when I left my office to get my jetter nozzle.I would recommend them for your plumbing supply needs and will be buying from them again when I need more stuff. You won't be disappointed, so give them a try today.Thanks again guys,-Anthony”
“The Ross on Telephone on Ventura is great. This store is always clean and well organized. The dressing rooms are clean. They have a great selection of clothing and home goods. I don't think I've ever left this store without making a purchase. (Just a note: The self checkout is not quicker than waiting in line. In fact it's often slower. After you check yourself out and pay, you bring your items to the security stand. They verify the items with your receipt and remove any sensors. So really, you're still waiting in line but 2 times instead of once.)”

“I went to the store to see this particular lamp that has a red base because I wanted to make sure it was the "right" shade of red. They only had the green one, but they told me I could order it and have it shipped to me (in 2 days) and if the color wasn't right, just return it to the store. Very easy!”
