“Bob’s furniture in Oxnard is truly the best hands down in product and product availability. Their prices? For the quality, so good! But it’s really the staff at the Oxnard location that make it second to none! Shannon was so kind as I did come in about 30
minutes before they were closing. She’s a pro it didn’t phase her. She helped point me to exactly what I needed. Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted and we were off and she told me all about it and invited me to get as close as look as I needed and take as many pictures as I wanted. I was telling Shannon about a mirror I saw when I was first walking around and she said you can purchase that and take it home right now! So I got to leave with the perfect kitchen table purchased and scheduled for delivery and a beautiful mirror in hand…what more could a girl ask for?? 😊. And I just got a text that it’s actually in their warehouse already. I’m super excited. Her manager came by to say hi and just check up on us and he was very very nice. Please forgive me for not remembering your name. I apologize it was late and I had my PSA service dog luna with me And I was trying to keep her from going home with him…lol. Thank you to the staff at Bob’s furniture. I really appreciate all of your help and I can’t wait to get my little kitchen table with the barstools. I’m so excited it’s gonna fit perfectly!”

Employees are typing and extremely nice. They even took a shirt off of a mannequin for my daughter. I could tell that wasn't something they loved doing, but they were very polite about it, and that's all I can really ask for.”

The store is usually well-organized, and there are plenty of options for men, women, and kids. You can also find deals on home décor, kitchen items, and even beauty products. Shopping here is fun because there’s always something new to discover at a great price.
The staff is helpful and friendly, and checkout is usually quick. Parking is convenient, and the store has a relaxed atmosphere.”
“We have made many purchases here from a couch to a beautiful rug, dining room chairs, a chandelier and much more. Prices are amazing for the quality of the merch you get. Must go often as the merchandise changes weekly since most is one of a kind.”
“Stopped by the Ross on Rose Avenue and it was a hit-or-miss treasure hunt. I scored a Skims sweatshirt and a few fitted caps including a Lakers Realtree and a DR World Classic baseball cap,, the shelves are well stocked, especially the home section which is definitely worth it.
The only problem... The line was brutal. I spent 28 minutes in a checkout line with only two registers open. By the afternoon, the store was trashed with messy racks and scattered shoes. If you can stomach the chaos and slow service, the selections are great. If you can get out of town ,go early on a weekday to beat the crowd and see some of the best inventory the area has to offer”

“Mike was amazing- first sales rep to actually care about the right “fit” for a new recliner side for my wife who has had back surgery- always sympathetic to not hurting her in the demos to how her shoulders and hips fit the sofa and to advise fabric vs leather to help assure not slipping around- highly recommend Mike - also Layzboy which we have owned for years”
