“This is by far the cleanest and most organized Torrid I've ever shopped at. The associates are friendly and helpful. The store manager Diony is especially amazing! I was concerned about the fit of the new leggings with pockets in comparison to older styles that felt more supportive. He recommended I try the all black active leggings since they are a thicker material, the same cut as the old style that I love, and have even better support! Diony went out of his way to make sure that I left feeling cared for and confident in my purchase and I couldn't be happier.”

“The ONLY bra store you need!!!Walking into Purrmission I was so happy to see how beautiful it was. The whole store is styled exquisitely and was very clean. It felt welcoming while having a nice charm that makes you want to be there.Deirdre is so incredibly kind hearted and a very knowledgeable fitter. “I ordered the Adidas Samba online at Zumiez thinking it'll be shipped soon but a few days later, I get an email that its sold out and they couldn't ship the shoe to me so I called customer service and they were able to find the shoes at the Zumiez in Ventura. I called and spoke to Milo and he had the shoes in his hand as I was on the phone with him, he told me to order it right away and I did exactly that. About 15 minutes later, I called back and he was able to put my shoes on the side for me. When I spoke to Milo on the phone, he told me someone else tried to order it. I picked up the shoe a few days later with no problems. Milo was extremely helpful and so were the other staff. I would recommend this place and will definitely shop here again.”

“I love this store and the buyer/owner has a good eye. It's a little pricey but I wear the tops, pants and shifts all the time. I'm glad I had a good return experience because that would have soured my al future shopping but they did the right thing. “I live on the East coast but found Shop Tiki Girl through Instagram. I typically do not buy clothes online because of how tricky it can be however I cannot commend their customer service enough! They are incredibly responsive to any questions I had regarding sizing or availability, and are extremely prompt in every aspect while also being friendly and polite. Their website also provides very detailed descriptions and photographs of items so there are no surprises as to what you will receive when it is delivered. I placed an order late on a Thursday and my package was received on that Saturday even with it being a holiday weekend. Shout out to the eco friendly packaging as well! Big thumbs up and do not hesitate to purchase from this store!”

“I had not been inside the JC Penney store in a while and today I decided to stop and see if I could find any good deals. They actually had so many good deals I was impressed. The quality of the clothes for the most part is really good for the prices! Service was ok, not really friendly but at least not rude. They have something for the whole family here. My daughter loved all the Disney stuff they had there! Next time I'm looking to buy something I'll check here first!”

“good selection, relatively normal prices. Lately they haven't had a large selection of different types of jeans (pretty much only flare and skinny and everything in between) but otherwise good. They also don't carry as many brand names as other stores, so if you wanted to get something specific like NIKE or Adidas, then different stores are better for that. Service is good but there aren't many employees around the store to assist. Macy's is a good place to get suits and dress shirts too.”

“Love this place this place has been around for a minute that was taken over by two sisters who are very outgoing friendly and just two lovable people. This sister Duo knows how to make you feel it home or even like family. Their shop carries quite a selection of swimwear dresses board shorts and shirts along with hats and accessories. To be the deals were reasonable. Especially for the clothes that they sell. I noticed clothes from o'neal, roxy, RVCA, fast house, rip curl, Salty's as well as others. I recommend if you want some good old Beachwear or just loungewear go to this place you will not be disappointed. And me being old school a lot of the clothes that they had for the men right on the money wasn't painted with all these goofy colors like you're seeing nowadays until he's or Macy's or stores like that I was very impressed. So if want to do some shopping especially you ladies out there I suggest hit this spot you won't be disappointed.”
