“I went to oil changers to obviously have my oil changed, and the guys there told me that I had Another couple of months before I needed to change my oil. They filled up my windshield wiper fluid and added a cord of oil to my car And I told them I would see them in October. It’s nice to have young men that know what they’re doing and don’t try to take advantage of people It was a great experience”
“They are my mechanic for life! I wish I could give more stars. They are honest and trustworthy!!! While their diagnostics are very thorough, do not be overwhelmed. They break them down to what is essential and a safety issue vs what can wait depending on your budget and what they noted and will just keep an eye on. They truly are mechanics who wants to create a lasting relationship with you and not one trying to get the most $$ they can with each visit.
When I met them I had already seen 3 mechanics and put thousands of dollars into my car but certain issues persisted. They were baffled that anyone, let alone 3 mechanics, had me fix so much without figuring out what the actual problem was. They explained that the issues I had fixed were the cause of an engine problem and would only break down again. Not only that but it was part of a recall not one mechanic mentioned before them. But none of these past mechanics even bothered to find out what the main issue was. Unfortunately, the car was just past the time where I could have the dealer fix it.
At the time I was on a major budget. Straight broke. After giving me my options I asked for their advise. They advised it was not worth paying for a new engine and certainly not worth fixing the existing engine and put my car on hospice care which required a lot of visits but not much $ so I could save for a new car.
Now I am on my second car as is my husband. I had them do a pre-purchase inspection which in turn had the dealer do some needed maintenance before we bought.

Not only have they handled many a routine maintenance for me, they never try to upsell and will tell you what they'd do if it was their own vehicle. Today I had an emergency situation and showed up without an appointment and they helped me promptly, and didn't charge as much as they could have, given how desperate I was. You won't regret bringing your vehicle to Buena.”

“Big Brand Tires prices are one of the better ones that I found but my only complaint is I think they need to have more help working on cars because I came for three tires with an appointment and it took 3 hours which I do believe it's a little long to have to wait for three tires to be put on with an appointment, I also was quoted one price and the next day when I came for my appt.and to pay for my three tires they didn't honor the quote that I that was given so the price was different but overall Big Brand is a great place I just think there's some Corrections that need to be made for better service to the customer”
“I was so sure that my out of date no longer made vehicle (2006 Saab 9-5) would cost me an arm and a leg to get the AC going again, but Pedro was great to work with and he was able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed AND I didnt have to sell my kidney to pay for it!
He said they do just about all auto work, so I will def be coming back for oil changes, tune ups, etc”

“The team here is great! I bring my fleet in for regular oil changes. I showed up on a busy Saturday with my personal vehicle just to see if they can OBD scan it to check what my check engine light was about. The team member went to ask his supervisor if he could do it in between cars and was told to go ahead, on top of that he didn’t charge me a dime. Appreciate the service gentleman!”

By 10 am he had already found the issue, called us and we picked up our car at 3:15 pm. We were so pleased with their exceptional service and how quickly they had it repaired. They knew we had rented a car for while ours was in the shop. Would happily recommend them. Knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with.”

“After the dealer quoted us thousands of dollars for new brakes and a few other things, we took it to Williams Automotive for a 2nd opinion. Scott test drove our minivan and did a thorough inspection. He told us the brakes were fine (8mm on the front pads, 5mm on the rears). He said we needed to change out the motor mounts at some point, and told us exactly what that would cost. He checked the fluids and all the other standard stuff, and gave us a detailed report on the status of everything. For today, we are just paying him for the inspection, but Williams Automotive will be our mechanic from this day on!”
