“Matt has groomed my dogs multiple times since we moved to Port Hueneme. A few times, we've had to adjust times or dates, but I'm flexible. My dogs aren't the easiest to handle, but Matt gets them in and out quickly.
I'd recommend him and will continue to return because he is consistent and clearly a friendly guy.”

“Amazing place to buy dog food, treats, toys, etc. They do not offer self serve dog wash station- just fyi. It shows online because they aren’t able to remove it.”
“Michelle was very helpful with my order. I've had the power pet door for 2 years now and it works great. I have 4 dogs that travel through that door several times a day. The door opens immediately and can stay open if the dog stalls going thru. Very happy with the product. When an issue arrived they quickly helped to resolve it.”

“I shop here frequently for my pets supplies. I enjoy checking out new products and perusing the aisles for items for my dogs, cats and birds. Each time i shop the store manager, Alex is working.
Alex is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. He also went out of his way to assist me with downloading the PetSmart app so I could take advantage of available deals. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and making sure they have a positive experience. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate the extra help and will definitely continue shopping here! He keeps me informed of available promotions on their app to ensure I register. He also kindly offers to carry the heavy cat litter and dog food bags I purchase. Employees here are always helpful to assist me with items on lower or higher shelves as I have a difficult time squatting due to two total knee replacements. Ill keep shopping here due to their helpful and friendly staff and variety of products. I've also recently been informed by Alex that they can also ship to my home or to their location and staff will carry out to my car. Shopping made easy-I love it.”

“Typical PETCO! The only difference is they have marine fish and inverts but be cautious and inspect before buying; especially if there's a Tang in there. The only PETCO in Ventura County that sells marine fish and invertebrates.Employees need to be better trained to care for their animals; poor living conditions and habitats. Incapable fish are mixed with aggressive fish which causes stress and possible death.The only thing saving from a horrible is their employee name John. He is always helpful, polite and tentative to the customers. OUTSTANDING customer service and I've seen do everything in the store.”
“I contacted with Bill from Bella pet doors for couple of doors for my cats. He responded very promptly , showed up as scheduled, gave me a great price and did the job.
