“Have purchased several neat wheels from One Fast Cat. It’s is the only exercise my cat has and it has been terrific. The newest wheel is great and my cat loves it but after several months of use I began to hear a squeak that was unsettling - sent out an email to customer service and got an immediate response - seems I had installed the inline wheels incorrectly -assured me it will quiet down soon and I’m thrilled with this level of customer service. I highly recommend this company.”

“Went today on a whim. New puppy owner. I was looking at some toys and Agelica helped me pick out some toys for my dog. She helped me with tips on how to help my dogs teething, directed me in the proper harness and let me know that petco offers training. I am excited to book training for my puppy. It’s refreshing to have good customer service and meet people who take their job seriously.”
“Typical PETCO! The only difference is they have marine fish and inverts but be cautious and inspect before buying; especially if there's a Tang in there. The only PETCO in Ventura County that sells marine fish and invertebrates.Employees need to be better trained to care for their animals; poor living conditions and habitats. Incapable fish are mixed with aggressive fish which causes stress and possible death.The only thing saving from a horrible is their employee name John. He is always helpful, polite and tentative to the customers. OUTSTANDING customer service and I've seen do everything in the store.”

“I have a 3-year-old rescued American Bully. She came home with me back in October of 2024. I am very familiar with the breed, and know that the AmBulls can chew quite a bit. Doesn't bother me- I have had many dogs over my 79 year life span so far. I saw an ad for the K9 Ballistics crate pad, and thought it might be a nice comfy tough pad for my girl when she's in her crate. My order arrived quite quickly, packed well. I unrolled it and secured it in my girl's large crate with the included tie wraps. The pad was a perfect fit for the crate. Within a few minutes of coming into the crate, my girl had chewed a hole in an edge of the pad and was pulling out bits of stuffing. And had promptly chewed off one of the loops for the securing tie wrap in a corner. Sighhhh. I contacted the company and received a very prompt reply from a customer support person. She gave me clear directions on what to do to receive a replacement pad. This person was very responsive to my questions, was so helpful, and is most certainly the best representative of the company they could have. The company immediately honored the warranty and I have a replacement pad-- which will not go back in with my Bully! It will be happily used and enjoyed by a more gentle dog. There was nothing wrong with the pad- it just could not stand up to aggressive sharp-toothed chewing from a very beautiful and funny and much-loved American Bully.”
