I even received my vehicle earlier than the estimated date which was around two weeks. Alejandro even came in on a Saturday on Christmas weekend to allow me to pick up my vehicle due to my very busy work schedule!! “I love taking my vehicles here for tire service. They are fast friendly and very professional. I have been going to Americas Tires for over 20 years there tire insurance is well worth it. It also didn’t matter what location I went to I received the same top care in all locations. When I needed tires that are a special fit I just went online ordered them to the store I wanted and they would be delivered some times with in a day. I've been coming here for the past three years. This was after my car dealership tried to charge me for a $600.00 service after they made me wait four hours and never fixed the problem that I was having with my car. Now, I trust Midas of Victorville with both my cars. Ms. Gabriel O., is the best. She is very knowledgeable about every concern you have about your vehicle. The great Mr. Ronnie K., is like a physician for any problem you need fix. Last but not least, Mr. Gabriel B. , man, can I say he is a master and very quick with mastering complex issues. “First time at Bob’s Tire. Got tires and an alignment. Drove off, everything felt solid. Few days later the wheel was tilted maybe 2-3 degrees. Whatever, I called. They said “bring it back at 3pm.” Rolled in, no attitude, no paperwork drama. Dude fixed it in like 7 minutes, didn’t charge me, just “all good, see ya later.”
Steve is cool people, did it right. I’m not the type that gets excited about tire shops, but yeah, I’ll be back. Solid spot.”
