“I went in a few days ago with a problem on my account and the teller supervisor Jodie was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind an patient I can’t thank her enough. Someone give this woman a raise! Someone else on here said she was rude to them about $5 I was actually there that day and that lady was told that her check was made out incorrectly and then they went on full KAREN mode. Anyways love this branch and love the beautiful blonde. Don’t let the haters bring you down!”

“Andrea or who ever is supposed to be at the from was no where in sight when I walked in and after sitting down for a couple of minutes a group of people walked in. then she came out and put them all down for appointments. I walked up during this to find out I now had to wait till everyone was taken care of before I could see someone. then she lied saying they had an appointment(I asked them, they didn't) which had me almost close my account and go to chase. However one worker Ashley saw I was wait before them and came up to me and helped me with my card. I'm glad some people still know how to do their jobs and have excellent customer service”

“This is my go-to Wells Fargo for my banking needs when I'm in the high desert. They have ATM machines outside and inside the bank. Nowadays, they have higher denominations offered, but only for the ATM machines inside the bank. I usually use the ATMs unless I have to go inside the bank for non-ATM transactions. I prefer the former than the latter. But when I do go inside the back, I always have a great experience with the bank tellers and bank service reps. Never an issue with my visits. Security is always there which is good.Bank is clean and cool. Outside is maintained as well. Parking is plenty. Don't have much more to say except keep up the above and beyond service Wells Fargo staff. Thank you for all that you do each and every day for your customers! I appreciate everyone.”

“It is a well-run credit union branch. I have visited this place, several times, mostly to make deposits into my account. The lines, during my visits, were not that long, and they were managed efficiently. Furthermore, they have an ATM, outside. So, if anyone does not want to stand in line, inside, have the option, to deposit or withdraw cash, outside. Of course, several times, if I remember it was in 2023, the ATM was not working. So, I had to wait, for the next day, and deposit cash, when the branch was open. Nevertheless, I am not complaining, since the service was prompt and courteous.”
