“My son gifted me a pair of Birkenstock Boston SFBs for my birthday. When I first tried them on, they felt a bit tight, so I decided to exchange them for a larger size. However, after a few months, they began to feel loose and uncomfortable. I decided to write a letter to Birkenstock to see if they could assist me with another exchange.
The company responded by recommending that I return to the store and speak with the manager. When I went back, I asked to speak with the manager, and fortunately, the person I spoke with was indeed the manager Gustavo, or “Gus.” I showed him the email and explained the situation.
He was very understanding and accommodating. Without any issues, he kindly offered to help and exchanged the shoes for me. I’m very happy with the support I received and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you!”
“I haven’t been here in almost 10 years. I went because I just couldn’t find anything I wanted that fit right had already gone to 4 stores- nothing on Amazon was coming in that wasn’t 2 sizes too small! I found the perfect boots and the perfect jeans! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Store was Clean and organized (which you don’t get at Ross or Burlington). The prices were decent- because the items are made well and not stiff or itchy like Amazon or SHEIN.”
