“Look no further! Choose this storage! Reliable describes “a person, service, or object that can be consistently trusted, depended on, or believed to function accurately and fulfill expectations” Alex, Ralph, and everyone who works here has excelled in customer service on a consistent basis! The people who work at this facility exemplify the “reliable” spirit with down-to-earth professionalism, respectful communication, and just pleasant personalities that you can genuinely trust with your personal belongings. I lost my mother this year and I was notified after her home was cleared out that whats left can be found at this storage. I live almost 70 miles away and after losing a home in the Eaton fires, I could’ve lost my mother’s heirlooms as well if the items were placed anywhere else I believe. Alex and his team worked with me all the while honoring their policies. I can’t say enough. With a little patience and humanity solutions were found and they deserve 100 stars.”

“Man, these people are amazing Carlos came through and saved the day! My international package made it here to Victorville and due to an error from the sender it was going to be sent back! I was able to come in and they took absolute care of my situation. My package was handed over to me and spared from business distress. Thank you guys! God bless!”
