“The workers here are extremely helpful and kind. I accidentally placed a print order with a email I have been locked out of, and the workers were extremely helpful in helping me find out the status of my print order and help correct the situation. Following this the worker further went the extra mile and informed me that the store offers a mail drop of service, which really helped ease the shipping burden for me. I was helped by a kind young man and a lady named Ginna(my apologies if misspelled) today.”

“Todd Sims and Alberto Gonzalez did an excellent job handling the fire alarm scope for our project at Ontario International Airport. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the project. They did a great job coordinating their work with the other trades, addressing issues as they came up, and making sure the fire alarm scope was completed properly and on schedule. Their communication and willingness to work with the team were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Todd and Alberto for their professionalism, quality of work, and commitment to getting the job done. Thank you both for your hard work and support on the Ontario International Airport project!”

“I honestly don’t understand some of the negative comments. While everyone is entitled to their own opinion, this is a business, and it’s simply impossible to satisfy every single preference. From my personal experience, I’ve always felt genuinely welcomed and treated with respect. The owner consistently goes above and beyond to support each individual customer. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.😃”

“I want to thank the employee who helped me print my ticket. It was a third-party ticket, and at first it seemed like it wouldn’t work, but she was patient and willing to learn. I showed her a couple of different ways to make it work, and together we got it printed successfully. I really appreciated her positive attitude and eagerness to help instead of just saying it couldn’t be done. It was raining that day, and I had my chihuahua with me, so I was grateful not to have to go anywhere else. Thank you for having such a kind and teachable team member!”
