“I want to thank the employee who helped me print my ticket. It was a third-party ticket, and at first it seemed like it wouldn’t work, but she was patient and willing to learn. I showed her a couple of different ways to make it work, and together we got it printed successfully. I really appreciated her positive attitude and eagerness to help instead of just saying it couldn’t be done. It was raining that day, and I had my chihuahua with me, so I was grateful not to have to go anywhere else. Thank you for having such a kind and teachable team member!”
