“Big 5 sporting is an "average person" store. It is a right sized sporting store. It offers all of the seasonal sporting attire, equipment, hunting equipment, some ammunition, and some specialty items. The store has an assortment of athletic shoes for children and adults. Often, their shoes are on sale. Compared to other big box stores, Big 5 is a neighborhood store. Price point $$+”
“Employees are always super helpful and kind. Will continue going here. The deals they have are great when u have kids. We usually get 2 pairs of shoes for under 100$ its better than cheap shoes that never really last. My kids love it.”

“My bike tubing blew out on me but I was able to come in and I was taken care of quickly! As you can imagine, I had to carry my bike in but even with a busy line, one of the employees quickly made sure that I was sent to the right spot and the proper employee was going to help me! In only a minute or so, Jonathan came to help me and answered all of my questions! Even though I am sure I pestered him quite a bit, he was very encouraging, knowledgeable and careful as he fixed my bike!”

“Was in search of a particular gift for a male friend, I came upon "Fanzz," although very impressive ?, I was looking for statues of exotic animals or etc! "Nathaniel" ohhh Nathaniel, was so kind! Unfortunately, they don't carry those types of things, so he pointed me to a store in the mall that did....where I found exactly what I was looking for......"that's character!"
