The guy helping us really knew his stuff, took time to check how the skates felt and even showed us how to lace them properly. Place is huge, so much gear for every sport you can think of baseball soccer hockey you name it.

My kid was beyond happy trying on different helmets and sticks, couldnt drag him out.

Therefore I had to return a couple of orders. Returns were easy through ****** I got anxious about a couple of orders so I did follow-up with customer service who were very responsive and helpful. Refunds took within 1 to 6 business days of their warehouse receiving them. I have now made the switch to Asics Gel Kayano as a long time wearer of New Balance's 990.”
