“Brought my kid in for new hockey skates and ended up spending way more than I planned, but it was worth it... The guy helping us really knew his stuff, took time to check how the skates felt and even showed us how to lace them properly. “Grateful for your products. While expensive, it was far cheaper than a hospital visit. Crashed my eBike. Went over the handlebars. Head hit pavement. 70lb bike landed on my head. Helmet and elbow absorbed most of the impact. Helmet was hit hard enough the exterior shell received a dent. I would have 100% needed a hospital visit had I been without. I will buy a new one. Refunds took within 1 to 6 business days of their warehouse receiving them. I have now made the switch to Asics Gel Kayano as a long time wearer of New Balance's 990.”
The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
