The manager Robert O. seemed very knowledgeable on cars and made sure i was paying only for what I needed & he explained everything in terms I understood. Also, I took the car in the morning, I had it back by the afternoon. Got car back and it is running like new. I was surprised as I had been to this shop like 7 years ago and it was a mess. “We do a lot of business here. The employees are very helpful and polite. They have come to my home to do repairs. Their parking lot is extra large with car parking, handicapped parking, semi truck and rv parking. There is really only one door into the office and it is a standard door, not wheel chair friendly unless someone holds it for you. I have not seen a customer restroom. They have equipment to load or unload off or onto flatbed trailers and pickup trucks.....Their prices for services are comparable to other shops in the area and nationwide standards.”

“Went to Tomateros Tires for a tire repair. I can say that this may be one of the fastest tire spots in the high desert. I value my time and hate having to wait around for a 10min service. I was in and out of this spot in the equivalent amount of time as the repair itself. Staff/Owner is very respectful and helpful and the amount charged was a reasonable amount for the service. “Good pricing on used tires can be found here at El Paisano. One price includes the mounting; $45 for a good enough used Hankook brand tire. Fast and friendly service. There is a shaded waiting area with a picnic table and a few chairs. Since it is October, it is decorated with Halloween figures. I am a sucker for outdoor waiting areas, especially ones that have a certain ambiance. There is also a fourteen day warranty for your used tire. Be sure to keep your receipt just in case.This business is recommended. However, the place can be easily missed if you blink and the medians on Palmdale Road makes it difficult to make a u-turn. It is located between the U-Haul rental place and the dilapidated house. Start braking when you see the U-Haul trucks and look for the tire shop signage.”

I usually go for the normal routine maintenance oil change, tires, etc. and it has always been a positive experience. Plus as a woman going to mechanic shops is always difficult but they have always given me good prices without any of the hassle of lying about parts needing replacement when they don't. Overall a great place to go for anything you need fixed.”

“I’ve been meaning to do a review but life just always hits at the worst times. Ms. Twila and Mr. Justin are amazing at their job. I took my truck in about a year ago and they got it up and running in no time. Just about a month ago started having problems where my radiator went out and they both gave me excellent customer service. “The owner is a no nonsense person. He tells you as he sees it. He won't do preventive maintenance unless you absolutely need it. He takes care of his own cars and believes others want to take care of their own in the same way. So he treats you that way. He doesn't have a lot of staff so he doesn't spend much time on the pr side. If you can't get a decent analogy of what's going on with your suspension at other shops, then take it to him. He'll figure it out. Work with him! If you don't have all the money, then tell him! He'll work out the best scenario to keep you safe on the road for the price you can pay. His prices are a little higher than normal but you get what you pay for and it's worth it! He is the best at what he does!There isn't much room in the office to wait around for the work to be done but there is a Starbucks within walking distance. Costco and Burger King also if your hungry.”
