“The food and customer service was great. The prices are also decent considering the quality. I will complain about the general customer base at this location. I live in the area and was surprised at how rude some customers in this area can be. I was bumped in the shoulder twice with no acknowledgment. This was my first visit at this location. I also noticed other customers being rude and getting in the way of other patrons. I’ll stick to other locations to preserve my customer experience. This feels more like a Walmart in terms of the quality of customers. Again, products and employees were great!”

“Trader Joe's in Woodbury Town Center is a fantastic place to shop. My wife and I go there often because they have great prices on essentials like eggs, milk, and bread. Even during the recent egg shortage, a dozen eggs at Trader Joe's is around $3.49, whereas at Ralphs and Albertsons, the price is more than double. Trader Joe's has been effective in stabilizing egg prices, which is greatly appreciated.
The staff is always helpful and quick to open more registers when lines get long, making the checkout process smooth. Highly recommend this location.”

“My go to place for fresh meats and veggies. Price is reasonable. Meat department will rub and season the steaks for free. So when you get home it’s perfectly flavored just for dinner. Their marinaded meat is the best way to make a quick dinner. Now they even serve boba tea with fresh made sushi. Really has something for everyone.”

“Found this place on yelp and wanted to give it a try and am I glad I did. Gustavo greeted me very friendly around 10am and was eager to help me with whatever i needed. The carne asada was some of the best meat i've ever had. Tender and full of flavor this meat melted in your mouth. The salsa roja and rosa chips were beyond delicious as well. Gustavo, I can only imagine your hospitality to regulars who come through but thank you for your hospitality to your new customers as well! Will definitely be coming back for more!”

“I normally shopped at a different grocery store, but one day found something I could not find at that store at Albertsons, had some items delivered as I am disabled and can not get to the actual store to shop, as time went on, I discovered more and more items that were unfindable anywhere else, also the store I normally shopped at kept delivering my stuff to the wrong house and would do nothing about it, but Albertsons apparently had the proper GPS to get to the right house every time. Little by little, I began shopping here more and more, their Fresh Pass giving me free deliveries, and only 2.00 if I needed stuff immediately, coupons that saved me loads of money, rewards that really make a difference in my budget! Albertsons even has my French butters and salts I cannot find!!! The other store has my Irish butter but says they cannot deliver it and I can only pick it up?? Albertsons delivered it, so what is up with that one? Anyhow, today for the very first time, I actually received someone else's order and they received mine, I went online, requested a refund and reordered the whole thing as a rush, and guess what? The store manager immediately saw what happened and got involved, he canceled the new rush order so I would not be charged again, he called me and is re-shopping the entire order and having it delivered to me right away! The other store? Their attitude is, oh well sorry we will refund you within 10 days, omg, what if you can't afford to re-order? (don't worry, they will get a review as well). Albertsons is now my main store, I will never shop anywhere else!!! Finally, a store who really cares about their customers!!! And to the store manager Hernad, you are awesome!!”

A manager called up one employee to do it and he said “what are you calling me for?” And walked away I was in shock Claudia could see my shock and stepped in to help me and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and apologized for the rude employee.
