A manager called up one employee to do it and he said “what are you calling me for?” And walked away I was in shock Claudia could see my shock and stepped in to help me and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and apologized for the rude employee. Basically I just had to switch insurances after MediCAL dropped me and I was hit w. an unexpected co-pay and wasn't able to afford / fill my script. I told them I'd be calling them back. “Wow, I stumbled upon gold mine, I was with another pharmacy for quite some time and it was a total disaster, I finally left them and transferred everything to Galaxy Pharmacy, when I called to do so I spoke to Idalia, wow is all I have to say about her, very kind, very professional, excellent work ethics and integrity, what a breath of fresh air!!! It took us about 5 months to straighten out the mess the other pharmacy created but now we are on track. I am a VERY HAPPY customer and am so happy to write a good review because customer service doesn't exist anymore, the experiences with businesses and employees I have had in 2024 is the worst I have experienced ever, I am in shock as to how companies even make it, so it has been a refreshing experience and I highly recommend them!”

“One of the Best Pharmaceutical stores in the area. You can pick up prescriptions that your doctor has prescribed for you. They have a great variety of medicines, toothbrushes, oral care products, pain medications, toe nail clippers, reading glasses ?, and other things. The post office is in the back and it's one of the Best one's to drop off mail to send anywhere in the world. The hallmark cards in the front of the store are my go to place to get quality one's that you won't find anywhere else.”
