“Service was great and received appliance the same day with speedy delivery and installation... the customer service was amazing as well. The gentleman was very knowledgeable on all of the appliances and was extremely nice and helpful. The selection of appliances stocked in the store was great. The service we received was so great, we went back and purchased a different appliance and we were treated just as good as we were the first time.”

“Just wanted to take a moment to give a well deserved “Thank You” to Mike at FranksAppliance. He is always a very kind gentleman who truly cares about his customers. This is the third time I have called him about obsolete appliances over the last couple years. No matter how busy he may be- he always comes through with running down an obsolete part or repair - even though at this point - the unit may be out of warranty and the parts may be scarce. Franks will get ALL of my business on the future remodel of our kitchen!”
