“I had problems with a business internet router that wasn't connecting that was sent to me. After calling their main customer service number it seemed like there was no solution as it was most likely due to a tower issue in our area. I decided to go in to a local store to see if they offered internet only there and if they would be able to help. I am so glad I did! The manager working on 9/11/23 (I think his name was Alejandro) did an amazing job and had tried out 2 other routers before finding one that actually connected for me. I feel the manager went above and beyond, and if he weren't there to offer assistance, I would have just returned the product through the mail and would have chosen another carrier. I can't say enough on how helpful he was!”

Fast speed, reliable, no buffering at all!!! And we get a strong signal throughout the home. “Would have given 5 star as they deserve it, but had to give a 4 as I always come for the iced latte coffee and they are always empty or just the French vanilla flavor which no one likes lol. I wish they would get rid of the French vanilla latte for a different flavor or just make sure that they refill the mocha iced latte. Other wise the staff is amazing”

“Well, I haven't been to our friendly neighborhood French superstore,"Tar-Jea" ....aka: Target in years.So after searching online for a certain item that I can no longer find ANYWHERE the good ole internet lead me there! So much to my chagrin.....the item was NOT in stock, in store nor in inventory!Humm, go "figger!"Therefore, there's a little ole lady occasionally wandering the streets of our fair city in stained, un-clean clothes.....Me! Not really, but so sad I couldn't/can't find what I need. And needless to say have used for 50 years!Now, there IS a bright side and her name is Renee!Miss Renee who was working in that dreaded self-check out area was a gem of all gems!!Upon pushing my cart into that dungeons of all dungeons, she greeted me with a warm and welcoming hello! I could tell right away she was genuine. And indeed she was! I required more assistance which she was happy to provide. It's not often we meet people who really enjoy what they are doing. Now you nay-sayers know it's true. Automated hellos, thanks come again, have a good day.....etc. Well Miss Renee meant and felt every word she said! What a gemstone our very own "French superstore" has in Miss Renee and a HUGEthank you for your help, kindness and compassion!I may even return one day only because of her!”

If you need a good beer and you don't want to worry about not making it on time. 7-11 open 23 hrs a day . One hour thay close for cleaning. It one of my favorite stores.”

“This time around I got excellent service. I upgraded my phone to that iPhone 14. Max plan & now I notice they charge extra to assist with setting up the phone transfer & accessories. The more you buy, the bigger the discount. I got a Coach case that was $50-$60. Yah I know, my eyes got big at that sticker price. So Visalia didn't have the accessories I wanted so I went to the Hanford store. Customer reps there were awesome because it took a few hours to set up my phone. This experience was way way better this around, why? Well I paid an extra $30 for it and about $100 in accessories. That Discount: I was able to get a bigger & better discount, but to get that one has to make sure they have their REAL ID set up. Yep, I do -I'm all caught up in the Matrix. Turns out I'm saving more money by upgrading after letting go of my OG grandfathered data plan. Yah sometimes yah gotta let go & I did. Much happier now.Wish I could remember the name of my sales rep”

“J. Guy made comment about being a thief, probably is ....what a piece of work, great store ...retail is very hard.....work.....self entitled jerks like J. make life insufferable. What a loser....fyi ....I think a street person or persons are intentionally messing with this stores shopping carts...today 5:30 am , and to McDonalds drive thru and counted 20-25 Target Shopping carts south of the Ross store in the parking lot all over the place. Way up by the Subway shop too. I have volunteered my time with my dog to return carts as a favor but now it appears someone is spitefully taking them and putting the carts around the lot. I will try to call the main store manager about this...I am requesting supervisor's to have cart staff go retrieve these carts south of the store the way down to Riggin....thanks for a great store ....”

“We had the pleasure of meeting the owner in person a few times & he is a pretty decent guy. He has told us in the past if there's something you want or need he'll look for it & get it (we once put him to the test & he held up to his true word). However the prices are a bit over priced sometimes for the stuff in store. Most of the workers are nice as well but then you got the one worker who always makes the other workers look bad & just changes the atmosphere all around (big mood changer). However her bad attitude won't keep us from stopping by from time to time just to see what's new. Sometimes they have something new & cool that we definitely don't need but we see & get it anyways. This place is definitely way better than Rent A Center or the judgy/racist Aaron's, so make sure you stop here first & make it your go to place.”
