“I want to give a HUGE thank you to the manager, Desiree, for being so patient with me while I was having technical difficulties with my new phone that Randy helped me choose. They were both absolutely amazing! The problem was definitely not them—my brain just could NOT remember my four-digit passcode! Not once did either of them get annoyed or frustrated with me. Instead, they laughed with me, helped me feel more at ease, and were so patient. And guess what?! Eventually, my fingers remembered the PIN! She definitely knows what she's doing y'all have no idea! Not only was she just beyond helpful, like I said she was just the most sweetest woman hands down.
