Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. You don’t always get that kind of customer service these days, but Grace truly stood out. If you’re visiting Cricket, definitely ask for her — she’s the best!”
“It was an excellent transition from my old phone to the updated one. I have always received top notch service from all the staff at this store. Yet today was beyond I asked for a change wanting to give the iPhone a chance this round been a die hard Android Samsung user even saying I would never change. So before going in I had my mind set and hoped for an easy transition it was met to happen with out saying much I looked at Samsung phones but in secret I had the iPhone in being my choice. Brandon my salesman was excellent in brief all I said was love my older phone yet it was large and I would like smaller he looked at it pointed to Samsung phones along with the iPhones it was as if he knew my plan of change it was perfect. My wife stopped in just as he finished processing my order she was so pleased with in the time she had set as the transaction was being completed of this young man’s attention to his customer. “This Cricket location is awesome! We drive to this location from Reedley, because of the friendly service, and knowledgeable staff. They are so helpful, polite, and just overall welcoming. “Angela was so patient w me! I initially signed up for service online and was running into technical difficulties that wouldn't be resolved for 24 hours leaving me w out service. I walked into the store and Angela went Above and Beyond to help correct the issue and get my phone running immediately. “These guys are the best! I dropped my phone in water while in Mexico a week ago. I thought it was forever gone and was really upset about it. I had to wait a week until I got home to fix it, so I really thought it was done. They completed restored my phone and fixed it in less than two hours! My phone works perfect. Plus, it only cost $60, you cannot beat that! They also fixed my screen a month ago. They are always saving me! I will always check with them first when I have a phone issue before going anywhere else. Wonderful job and Very courteous employees!”
