I had 2 packages coming in but was out of town and had the 2nd package was coming in a little later and the store thankfully held them! If u see something cute get it cause it will b gone the next time u go back. It's also a fave shop my my younger sister who is in finance. Versatile for a teen or a lady who has big business meetings and travels too.”

“Wife went in for a dress to wear for our sons wedding. After shopping around we had a hard time getting other stores to understand what my wife was looking for. As soon as we walk in to this shop we were greeted by the owner her self. My wife explained that we had been having a hard time finding a dress. Gigi the owner knew exactly what my wife was looking for and pulled out a few dresses for her. Gigi helped my wife with suggestions and she even made some very helpful suggestions. Any work you need done on a dress is done in-house. She has dresses for all occasions. I mean allllll occasions. She has accessories as well. You need quinceañera crowns, she's got you. You need some earrings, bracelets? She's got you. You in a bind because of time? She's got you. Her prices are very reasonable and she is very patient. My wife says she wasn't afraid to ask any questions. Gigi made her feel super comfortable and she enjoyed the experience very much. Recommend this store 100%”

“Shout out to Emily G who was so kind and helpful. I came in day before an event needing an outfit. Which is the story of my life. I explained to her what I liked and didn't and asked her if she would help me put together a few outfits. With her great knowledge of style she went straight to work! Emily not only carefully selected outfits she completed them with jackets, that in my mind I thought cute but it's not going to fit. In minutes she had me in a dressing room and WOW I loved everything. It seems like the skill of listening and making other feel... how can I explain .... like I'm not a bother or an inconvenience is rare. Her PR skills are on point and for that I give Emily 10 stars if I could. When ever I shop at Windsor, I look for her help in getting me in and out and making my experience a pleasant one! Windsor you have yourself an exceptional employee!!!”

“Visalia now has its very own Nordstrom Rack located in part of the old Sears store, in the currently under renovation Sequoia Mall. This is a great addition to the area as the only other store in the area is a Macy's. There are other Nordstrom Racks in Fresno and Clovis, there are no other stores for higher end clothing without heading to SoCal or the Bay Area. This is a typical 'Rack". Great selections, full racks and decent prices. I overheard different groups of patrons complaining about the prices. I guess they were expecting "TJ Maxx/Marshalls prices, which they will not find here. Service was great and I'm happy that this store is here.”

“If you're looking for a cute small local business boutique this is your place to shop! They have a wonderful selection of clothes, if I could I would have picked one of almost everything. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and there was no time during my experience that there wasn't someone available for questions or sizes. Everyone was so nice Prices vary from item to item and they have a good clearance section as well. The girl who checked me out was super sweet and wrapped my item in the most beautiful tissue paper I've ever seen. I will definitely come back when I have more time.”
