Richard told me everything that was wrong with the phone and gave me his honest opinion on what to do with the phone. I decided not to fix my Note 20. Then Richard gave me an excellent deal on a new phone for the same price it would cost to fix my note 20. I walked out a very happy customer. Advanced Repair Center is highly recommended in my books. My new to go to spot for anything phone or electronic related. I'll take the 45 minutes ride from San Diego to Vista anytime to get my phone repaired by Richard.”

“Well, out of all the Cricket locations in the area, based on reviews and good instincts, this is the place to go. I'm not gonna tell you anything amazing and I won't favor any certain employees. I believe a business team is a single unit and can ONLY be as good as its worst team member. Simply put, i called, they picked up. I went to this location, they were there I asked questions, they had answers. Friendly, helpful and professional. I'm completely satisfied.”

“I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6s Plus. Even though my phone is an older model, they had the battery in stock and they replaced it within 20 minutes! This store was not the closest repair place to my house, but it was the least expensive, with the fastest turnaround! I found them on Yelp and I'm hoping other Yelpers will use their services because it's a great little shop! They also have all kinds of cases and accessories too! I will be recommending this shop to my friends. Thanks for fixing my old (but still great) phone!”

“Helpful over and beyond. The store was about to close in 5 mins. I called to ask if he can stay open just a few more minutes, I was stuck at the light. I was surprised ?, "Not a problem." I didn't for them to accommodate me because it was closing time already.They are the only store that closes late.”

“I had an online appointment scheduled but no one showed up. I went to my local AT&T store and they encouraged me to come to this location because the managers work here. I did, and spoke to Yazmin and Jose, both of which could not figure out how or why I slipped through the cracks, but got me set up with a new fiber installation appointment. That one also had to be rescheduled. Finally I did get fiber/wifi installed on my third appointment. I know this sounds like a sub par experience, and in some ways, it was, but 5stars is earned for how helpful the people that work at AT&T at this location were to me.”

“My husband and i went in to this location we were greeted by jackie who was awsome with finding us the perfect family plan and jazmine was very helpful with the product knowledge my husband hates anything shopping hes a grump but needless to say the ladies there kept our experience enjoyable and it was very clean we will be back ladies thank you”

“Our representative was Anna. She was very professional, patient and friendly. The store was very busy just after we arrived and though she was the only staff member on site at that time, Anna answered all of our questions, which were many. It's not often that we experience someone that can remain composed with a busy environment. Also a plus is that Anna speaks Spanish fluently”

“Overall, it was a great experience for me. I wouldn't even consider taking my phone anywhere else in the future. I came in with a poor reception issue that I had been trying to trouble-shoot with my carrier for months. Robert was able to get me in and out quickly, even after doing a full diagnostic and tear-down. He was able to identify the issue in some core components and that the phone had previously been refurbished. Then he went above and beyond to provide documentation of the issue, so I was able to submit a claim on it and my months long problem was solved in less than an hour. The whole experience was way better than expected and the process was simple, straightforward, and Robert explained everything well. I will definitely go here first next time before wasting time trying to fix it on my own.”
