“My iPhone 17 Pro Max screen was showing yellow-green bars, but I could hear texts and faintly see the clock time. Out of pocket repair was going to be $299, but fortunately I had insurance on it thru Verizon so we checked in-store and the cost to replace the screen was just $0! Aaron was a delight to talk to and had it repaired within an hour! So grateful, thank you!”

“I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6s Plus. Even though my phone is an older model, they had the battery in stock and they replaced it within 20 minutes! This store was not the closest repair place to my house, but it was the least expensive, with the fastest turnaround! I found them on Yelp and I'm hoping other Yelpers will use their services because it's a great little shop! They also have all kinds of cases and accessories too! I will be recommending this shop to my friends. Thanks for fixing my old (but still great) phone!”

This is not my first time coming here—I’m a returning customer, and every experience has been excellent. Richard is an incredibly kind, honest, and professional person.
On a previous visit, I had lost my phone, and Richard helped me locate it using my laptop. He took the time to help me and didn’t charge me at all. Recently, I also saw him fix a small software issue for another customer for free, saying that he believes the way you treat people is what comes back to you.
Richard is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and truly cares about his customers. His prices are very fair—often cheaper than other places—but his service is far better. He goes above and beyond and treats people with real respect.
If you’re looking for honest, high-quality mobile and computer repair, this is the place to go.”

“I called about home internet. The woman working there rememberd me from a phone conversation from the day before. When I walked in she had the equipment at hand, and got me out the door within 10 minutes! What a pro! I will never regret switching my mobile, and internet service to metro.
