Advanced Repair Center gave me a prompt quote that was very fair and let me know that they'd be able to get the part overnighted - awesome! Went in the next day and within half an hour they had gotten my phone back together good as new while I sat in a comfy chair, listened to some chill tunes and enjoyed the incense. Very pleasant atmosphere in the shop and very pleasant people to deal with as well. 10/10 experience, this will definitely be my go-to if I need any of my devices repaired in the future. This store was not the closest repair place to my house, but it was the least expensive, with the fastest turnaround! I found them on Yelp and I'm hoping other Yelpers will use their services because it's a great little shop! They also have all kinds of cases and accessories too! “I had an online appointment scheduled but no one showed up. I went to my local AT&T store and they encouraged me to come to this location because the managers work here. I did, and spoke to Yazmin and Jose, both of which could not figure out how or why I slipped through the cracks, but got me set up with a new fiber installation appointment. That one also had to be rescheduled. Finally I did get fiber/wifi installed on my third appointment. I know this sounds like a sub par experience, and in some ways, it was, but 5stars is earned for how helpful the people that work at AT&T at this location were to me.”

“I went to Walmart to get my ribbons and letter stencils and paper to make the letters. I had an amazing person by the name Nicole ask if I needed help. She was very helpful. I ended up getting everything I needed but ended up coming back the next day to get more ribbon. The silver ribbons were nowhere to be found as Nicole remembered me and helped me find two ribbons. She went up and beyond to make sure she found the ribbons. She definitely needs a raise and a promotion cause I have never had such an amazing customer service like what Nicole gave at a Walmart before. Thank you, Nicole !!!!”

“Overall, it was a great experience for me. I wouldn't even consider taking my phone anywhere else in the future. I came in with a poor reception issue that I had been trying to trouble-shoot with my carrier for months. Robert was able to get me in and out quickly, even after doing a full diagnostic and tear-down. He was able to identify the issue in some core components and that the phone had previously been refurbished. Then he went above and beyond to provide documentation of the issue, so I was able to submit a claim on it and my months long problem was solved in less than an hour. The whole experience was way better than expected and the process was simple, straightforward, and Robert explained everything well. I will definitely go here first next time before wasting time trying to fix it on my own.”
