This is not my first time coming here—I’m a returning customer, and every experience has been excellent. Richard is an incredibly kind, honest, and professional person.
On a previous visit, I had lost my phone, and Richard helped me locate it using my laptop. He took the time to help me and didn’t charge me at all. Recently, I also saw him fix a small software issue for another customer for free, saying that he believes the way you treat people is what comes back to you.
Richard is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and truly cares about his customers. His prices are very fair—often cheaper than other places—but his service is far better. He goes above and beyond and treats people with real respect.

This store was not the closest repair place to my house, but it was the least expensive, with the fastest turnaround! I found them on Yelp and I'm hoping other Yelpers will use their services because it's a great little shop! They also have all kinds of cases and accessories too! “My friend had a very old phone that barely worked and I kept telling him to upgrade, and then he dropped it and that was the end of it! I was so glad! We tried reaching out to his provider and they really had no good programs for him to get a free phone (he is a senior and on a very limited budget) and that's when I started searching for a new company. I liked what I saw at Boost, so we found a local store in Vista and went in to see what could be done within my friend's budget. Eric helped us and proceeded to give him a very nice free phone with an affordable unlimited plan.
