“So... I've been to just about every Ross in San Diego County... Certainly one of the Wifeys and kids favorite places... One tends to expect to receive mediocre or even fare Customer service in exchange for being able to pay 50% or more Off retail price... So, I was kinda thrown a curve ball when when The Fitting room attendant lady greeted us with a smile and complimented to my wife how pretty she was and that she thought she'd look great in the outfit she was going to try on. When my wife came out to show us, I put in my smile and told my wife she looked great... I know better than not to being her husband. The employee Sonya took a look and said something along the lines of maybe a different top would go better and that she knew the perfect one... She came back with a top that my wife would usually probably not wear. However, Sonya gave her the confidence to try it and at our last house party get together. She received countless comments on how beautiful she looked... Needless to say, that Vista Ross is now our one and only Ross now... Sonya is now my wifes new unofficial Outfit consultant and has also now become a new friend! From what I can see, this is how she tries to treat all of her customers... And I am a happier man because of all this! Thank you Sonya!!!”

“I called and was able to get in pretty quickly when other places had a wait. Yessi is really good. I have sensitive skin, so rarely get waxed, but her wax smells good, and she only pulled once! It didn't hurt or get red or anything. I asked her to shape my eyebrows, and she explained what would work for me. This place is clean and nice to get away and relax. Thanks for helping me look way better than when I walked in!”

“Just completed my 3rd visit to this Vista location and the customer service has been outstanding! During this last visit I took notice of store manager, Luke Elmore, assisting a customer who had just had a hip replacement. This customer needed a specific type of shoe to facilitate walking again and Luke took the time to gather several pairs of shoes from around the large store to help the customer with his special needs. It was extremely refreshing to witness the professional service along with genuine kindness provided by Mr. Elmore. Leadership starts at the top and he has set the example, managed his store well, and trained his staff to a high level of customer service and care.”

Their shop is a specificly curated aesthetic of clothing that balances new and traditional fashion trends. Therefore, not everything given to the shop to sell can be accepted. I think that should be kept in mind. Overall, a wholesome and sustainable way to fashionably shop!”

“Susana is amazing. I had not one but two wedding dresses altered here and she did an amazing job. I’ve been coming to her for about Eight years now she is super understanding very nice and even had my wedding dresses done in about two weeks. I will definitely be posting more pictures after the wedding, but I am 4’11 And for one of the dresses I needed a lot cut off the length and straps shorted. She left it perfect. The other wedding dress I needed her to cut a lot of the corset so the corset could fit me more open and she also did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked. If you are a bride to be or a quinceañera I definitely recommend Susana for all of your alterations.”
