“Just so that everyone knows my experience here was exceptional yesterday....I took the kids shopping for clothes and had a great time we weren't hurried or rushed the staff was kind and super amazingly awesome the young lady ringing us up had a great personality and provided us with splendid customer service she took the time and made certain our clothing was properly handled with care...she also was mindful and asked if I had an account so that we can gain our points and use what was on our account...I personally would like to thank her once again and give a shout out too the management for employing such great staff
I absolutely will be returning more often to shop and tell my friends and family how great of an experience we had.

“I had an outstanding experience at Boot Barn thanks to Gina! I came in looking for a pair of boots for my granddaughter as well as a pair of work boots for myself, and Gina was incredibly helpful, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process.
When it came to finding my size, she spent quite a bit of time searching but unfortunately couldn’t locate them. What really impressed me was that she didn’t just give up. Later, she decided to take one more look and actually found the boots in an area where they weren’t supposed to be! Gina truly went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Her persistence, positive attitude, and excellent customer service made the whole experience a great one. Boot Barn is fortunate to have someone like Gina representing their store. “/25 This location continue to have a crazy assortment. Well staffed. 4 Loss Prevention on site. Only thing that's a little rough is the AC never works. So it's always muggy. Especially when it's busy and there is a crowd. The store gets hit hard, so it's a little messy. Pants and clothes are on the floor but it makes it fun like a treasure hunt!
This is one of the better Ross's in San Diego! Every location by geographic have different merchandise. This location is located in the same major shopping center with Target , Gamestop , Below 5. It's nice because everything is here. So definitely stop at Ross! You will find something for every different family member. This location is definitely stocked up. From Jewlery, sun glasses and one of the biggest women and Men clothing. Double the racks! Dressing room is nice. Employees working in that area super nice! It also has a security gaurd at the door greeting you. Which is nice. Feel safe during shoping. I checked the receipt for the cashier who helped us. It was so refreshing and nice to have met her. She greeted us and was genuinely happy! It makes you feel good about our purchase. You don't see that anymore. I only have the associate number. So PLEASE give her assoc: 105335 the kudos she deserves! She is a great example of exceptional customer service! ?”
