I took the boots back with the receipt and asked if they do warranty exchanges and they said yes they gave me credit for the full amount of the old boots towards New boots. “/25 This location continue to have a crazy assortment. Well staffed. 4 Loss Prevention on site. Only thing that's a little rough is the AC never works. So it's always muggy. Especially when it's busy and there is a crowd. The store gets hit hard, so it's a little messy. Pants and clothes are on the floor but it makes it fun like a treasure hunt!
This is one of the better Ross's in San Diego! Every location by geographic have different merchandise. This location is located in the same major shopping center with Target , Gamestop , Below 5. It's nice because everything is here. So definitely stop at Ross! You will find something for every different family member. This location is definitely stocked up. From Jewlery, sun glasses and one of the biggest women and Men clothing. Double the racks! Dressing room is nice. Employees working in that area super nice! It also has a security gaurd at the door greeting you. Which is nice. Feel safe during shoping. I checked the receipt for the cashier who helped us. It was so refreshing and nice to have met her. She greeted us and was genuinely happy! It makes you feel good about our purchase. You don't see that anymore. I only have the associate number. So PLEASE give her assoc: 105335 the kudos she deserves! She is a great example of exceptional customer service! ?”
