“I’m a retired lady who is over 70 years old. I have an antiquity “Brother” sewing machine that brought from a garage sale twenty years ago. It often has some minor problems, but by tightening or loosening certain screws, it could still work. This time, the upper and lower threads in the machine are not connecting. I’ve never seen this before, I tried many ways including changing the needle, replacing bobbin and bobbin case, but all failed. I called the store for help.
Ms. Allegra Buch answered my phone. She listened to my ideas with great enthusiasm and patience: I don’t want to spend much money on this too old machine, and don’t want to buy another one either, due to my eyesight having deteriorated rapidly lately. I want someone to see the machine to make a diagnosis. If there is a big problem, I won’t keep it anymore.
This is what makes her so admirable. From the beginning, she didn’t make excuses or try to brush me off. She knew this deal wouldn’t be profitable, but she was still willing to let me bring the sewing machine to the shop for a diagnosis. This proves her kindness! She’s willing to help those in need.
Ms. Allegra Buch used different colors for upper and lower threads to confirm the problem. After she tightened some part (I don’t know how to call that in English) the machine works! Me, her and onlookers were all happy. Also, this proves her Job-related knowledge. She isn’t a technician, but she works in a professional way ---using color coding, knowing which area the problem is in, instead trying things randomly here and there. I don’t think her success in solving the problem was a coincidence.
I praise Allegra Buch. I think she is a very good employee in this very good store!”

“I was shopping around at a couple different places for a new induction range, and having been to two other stores just before I came here expecting the same level of dismissive service I got before.

Instead, I had the chance to work with Adam Jensen who proved to be extremely knowledgeable, kind, and beyond helpful in our search for the right range. Super patient and more than willing to answer all of my silly questions. Not once did he make me feel stupid and instead indulged me and my curiosity.

That level of customer service also extended to their delivery staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that I’m a fully satisfied customer. Not only did they install the range without damaging anything in my house, but they went so far as to actually replace some of the old wooden planks and siding we had.

I highly recommend working with the staff here as you will be treated with respect and as a valued customer. I will purchase from them in the future if/when the need arises!”
