“Parker Robb did a great, thorough job when inspecting my car after I was hit. The other person's insurance misquoted the actual damage done and purposefully left my car in the shop for approval to total my car. Parker Robb stayed in contact with me and attempted to get ahold of the insurance company! They worked with me and were very flexible. I would highly recommend them and I will be returning.”

“I can personally attest to the well deserved 5 rating this shop has here on Yelp. This shop is top notch. I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! Most of all...the quality level of the finished work performed by this place is truly . If you have a Tesla like me, this is the only place I would recommend! Keep up the good work guys! As much as I like your work, I hope I never see you again”
“Shout out to Nick in the front & the Technicians in the back.
Backstory: Purchased my Maserati Levante @ the Burlingame location (now closed).
I had a check engine light (2 years ago) brought the car to Nick. He reassured me that everything will be covered by warranty. Picked up the car with no problems ever again.
Fast forward today : he gets my vehicle scheduled in for routine services usually 1-2 weeks, sends me a nice enclosed trailer and detailed when picked up.

“Staff were all friendly and honest. I was bumped into in a parking lot and needed the corner bumper fixed. The repair was paid for by the person who hit me insurance company. I called Jim's Auto body as I used them many years ago. They repaired my car in 2 days as promised and kept me informed of the timeline. Hopefully, I don't need to go back to a body shop, but if I did, I would definitely return here.”

“Was driving on 680 S when somehow my F150s skid plate partially fell off. Didn’t have my tools in my truck and saw it was just hanging on by two bolts. Rolled up into the service center and Charles and Jose helped me out and popped it off in a few seconds at no charge. Greatly appreciate the kind and rapid service.
