Was recommended to go see Frank and his crew for what I was looking to get done. Frank was able to put together some estimates and we agreed on a fair price. I’ve gotten my TPMS repaired by them a year ago and just recently needed to take in my 2006 Prius for maintenance/repairs after a bunch of lights came up on my dashboard. James is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, truly a master at his craft. Not only were the repairs made, but the crew cleaned the inside of my car as well (thank you)! The cost of the services were quite steep, but it does make sense with the quality of service you’re receiving. I was also given a 36 month/36k mile warranty for the services! “I brought my 2022 Crosstrek Subaru in for the second time. It only has 10,000 miles on it but maintenance agreement was up at the dealership. Last year he went over all the visits I had at the dealership and basically they just rotated the tires & changed the oil. I thought the dealership was doing more. I like Franks. Friendly and kind. I asked about my brakes and he said I have another ten thousand miles to go on them. I love that they are just down the street from Rossmoor and I have always heard good things about them. I had an excellent experience. Ride back & forth. Service was oil change & tire rotation. Plus the air conditioning so maybe that included a filter. I don’t know.”

“After moving to Walnut Creek I was in need of an auto service repair shop; through a referral I started taking my car to Gilmore’s. Over the last year or so I have needed to take my car in for a one or two issues as well as basic oil change & have been very happy with service. They are very thorough in their work & have been really good on keeping me updated on repairs or service in general. They also are good about following up and checking in after service has been completed to make sure everything is in working order. Everyone I have interacted with is very friendly and accommodating. Josh especially is really great. Although their service fees are a bit higher than those I paid at my previous shop, I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. If you’re looking for a good Auto repair shop, I definitely recommend Gilmore’s!”

They followed up with us all the time to keep us informed of where we were at and were so kind and helpful. They even, at that time, were able to loan us a vehicle to use while our car was in their shop. We'll be going back to them for our regular maintenance now as well. Highly recommend them!”

“I called at 10:30 am. A young guy answered the phone on the first or second ring. I asked how much for a smog check. He quoted about $78 to smog my 2014 CRV. I asked for an appointment. He gave me a time at noon today. I showed up at 3rd St. and the young man greeted me by name while clearing the service bay. He said it would take 15 minutes. I went into the waiting room and the man started my smog test paperwork and headed out to the garage to do the test. As I waited, I spoke to another man who was working behind the service counter. I noticed the shop was clean and neat - always a sign of a good mechanical technician. The man was friendly and knowledgeable about cars in general, and we had a short conversation about them. In 15 minutes (or less) my car was finished and waiting for me and pointed in the right direction. The price was $78.20.
These are people I'd trust with my car for any type of service or repair.”
