I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! Lennin was assigned to to take care of us and he was there every step of the way taking charge of the project.. it’s never fun having to go through repairs on the vehicle and it’s often time consuming. But this team sourced the replacement rear window within days and had it scheduled so that we could take it to the shop at our convenience and it was done in record time. They also handled all the complicated insurance documentation and all I had to do is sign. I cannot recommend anyone better.!”
