I recently had my car repaired at Husteads, Walnut Creek. When I picked the car up, I noticed that it had not been repaired to the specifications that I had thought we agreed upon when I left the car with the shop. I got in contact with Dylan, the shop manager, who immediately said to bring the car back and he will get the problem fixed. It was a case of miscommunication when I originally dropped it off. It happens. But at Husteads, the problem was fixed without any problems. And that is the type of business that I want to use in the future. Trusted commitment to taking care of their customers.

“I can personally attest to the well deserved 5 rating this shop has here on Yelp. This shop is top notch. I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! Most of all...the quality level of the finished work performed by this place is truly . If you have a Tesla like me, this is the only place I would recommend! Keep up the good work guys! Lennin was assigned to to take care of us and he was there every step of the way taking charge of the project.. it’s never fun having to go through repairs on the vehicle and it’s often time consuming. But this team sourced the replacement rear window within days and had it scheduled so that we could take it to the shop at our convenience and it was done in record time. They also handled all the complicated insurance documentation and all I had to do is sign. I cannot recommend anyone better.!”
