“Just got my Lexus LS back from Kee's. There was moderate damage to the driver's side front bumper with minor damage to the driver's side front quarter panel when I brought it in. The entire bumper needed replacing but I was told by Kee that they could fix the existing quarter panel to blend with the headlamp and bumper. His estimate was half of what the other two estimates I received in Walnut Creek. He said he could probably use the existing headlamp if there was no damage to the inside casing and that one of the sensors could possibly be saved, but there was no telling for sure until they took everything apart. As it turned out, the headlamp casing was damaged slightly on the inside so they had to order a new headlamp as well as replace the damaged sensor. Given the extra parts needed, the total cost was only about $400 over the original estimate. Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the progress. The job took a little longer than expected due to the fact that the headlamp needed to be ordered and shipped. Better done slow and right than quick and not right. The work was beyond excellent. And their shuttle service with Uber is very timely and efficient.”

He also took time work with me on pricing and the plan. The work is beautifully done and highly detail-oriented—you can tell they really pride themselves on quality. Keep in mind, this isn't the place for a cheap, quick ding or dent fix. While it isn’t the absolute cheapest option around, the flawless quality of their work makes every penny completely worth it. Price was extremely reasonable for the work required (dent repair, paint blending, etc) and the result. Greatly appreciated their honesty. While you never hope you need a body shop, I would definitely go to Bay Auto Body again for anything body related I needed in the future.”

“Excellent quality and service. My Montero SUV was severely damaged from a rear end collision and when I first talked to Mark about the repairs he quickly gained my confidence based on his description of how he would proceed. I was concerned that, after the repairs, the paint "wouldn't look as good as the original factory finish", or that "it might not exactly match the existing paint". Mark's response to this was simply "you won't be able to tell the difference when we're done". I am glad to say that the body work was excellent, and as promised the paint job was as good as new. Mark even got the original factory stickers like "XLS 4x4", which were lost in the collision. Better still, Mark dealt with my insurance directly as he happened to be approved by them, and he arranged for the rental car to come to his shop to pick me up...all pre-coordinated with my insurer by Mark! This was over a year ago, but I really felt the need to write this long overdue report for this very professional group of people at Federal.”
