“Returned my one-way rental to here. (picked up at SFO). I just dropped my keys and left. Parking lot agent at SFO messed up my rental contract. I thought I’d be on the phone a long time with Avis corporate trying to untangle the mess. Instead Mimi fixed the problem and called me to explain. Fantastic service!
