Her eye for jewelry is incredible. She somehow hand-picks pieces that feel like they were chosen specifically for you. I am completely obsessed with her jewelry.
She also makes it effortless. My husband can walk in and confidently grab something beautiful because she knows exactly what I love. (And he has done that numerous times ?) The customer service is impeccable: personal, thoughtful, and never pushy.

“Great customer service and the clothing is exceptionally comfortable. I've had a pair of the legging like material joggers for a couple years and they are like new. Wear very well. I recently went in and bought a pair of super duper comfy cute leggings and a couple bra tops. I had gotten some stuff at Lulu and it was so thin and cheaply made and their in store selections suck, so I returned it for this awesome stuff. It's way nicer IMO and super cute and soft.”
“This review is for the store, not the company. The store was well staffed on a Saturday morning and merchandise was neatly organized. They were very helpful in processing an online return (when the online customer service team was not). They also helped me out with setting up a fitting room so I could try on new stuff. Also the employees were all wearing the brand…always a good sign.”

“I’ve been shopping at this clothing chain for years and years, I say at least 30 years. They have them in quite a few locations. They have one Napa, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and I do believe Moraga. They have a wide variety of clothes for men and women and children, this is fascinating for a small chain. They actually have a teenager department for girls and two sections of the women’s department, one for the very mature woman. They even have a shoe section with a very good variety. Also Jewelry and purses. I forgot to mention on the woman’s side, they have undergarments and sportswear.
It truly is amazing the variety of clothing and other things they have in these stores. And the prices are decent. Don’t miss out is my suggestion.”
“Oh myyy !!! This place has gotten to be one of the BEST customer service Chanel store I’ve ever gone too !! Coming here during the holiday season you would kind of expect stressful service because it’s so busy BUT NO, LET ME TELL YOU!!! They all are soooooo friendly and helpful !!! Eric and Jonathan were just so helpful and amazing. Eric assisted me out with everything I needed and even go above and beyond to make sure my gift was wrapped nicely. Beyond words, I honestly don’t think I can go to another Chanel boutique store but the one in Walnut Creek. I am such a happy customer!! “So happy to finally get a Vuori in Walnut Creek. It's small but they have a great selection. I'm so happy I came in first because I was a bit in between sizes. Vuori is my go-to for my everyday fashion. Pick myself up a windbreaker and some shirts! I recommend this place!”
“Reformation's selection of dresses are beautiful. I discovered this brand quite some years ago and was always impressed by how flattering it was on a curvier, midsize, and plus size figure. I've gone up and down throughout the years, but the dresses have always looked amazing. It's definitely my spring and autumn dress go-to.”

It was also very well stocked, even during the holidays. With all that organization, the gifts were easy to find. Even the checkout line was quick. I also found some really good deals in here, that's always a good thing!! This store is located in the Main Street Plaza in downtown Walnut Creek!”

“Not only is this lovely little shop amazingly curated with the loveliest clothes and beautiful accessories, the shop owner is a gem of a human to have the chance to interact with. She’s so kind and helpful with finding great styles, it’s a whole experience. She really stretched my style pallet while also being super sensitive and respectful if I wasn’t crazy about certain pieces. I walked out with several outfits I truly love and feel excited about showing up in the world wearing. As some of the others mentioned, she offers drinks and it feels like you’ve stepped into a hospitable little piece of Turkey. Several folks stopped in and it was such a friendly and warm environment. Nothing you could experience at a mall or department store. I will definitely be back both for clothes and great vibes!”
