“Today, my daughter and I had a walk-in at this Walnut Creek branch. We were greeted by a willing lady at the reception desk. While walking us through a couple of paperwork thingies to take care of, her assistance simply wowed us. At banks, opening an account would take a long, convoluted process, but it was quickly and easily done. Same thing for the other one, more complicated, since it related to a living trust. On our way back home in the car, we kept talking about how efficient and effective her help was. She was impressively knowledgeable and professional. Even more impressive was her demeanor - cheerful, delightful, and uplifting. She also gave us a few tips, which helped us make an informed decision. Wow. We had no idea how come this branch got a low rating.
