“After years of not being able to wear my ring due to weight gain and what I thought was rhodium rubbing off, I was advised to have my engagement ring tested for anything out of the ordinary. As you can imagine, I was already suffering from anxiety about what could be happening to my engagement ring. Ron at Pacific Precious Metals opened the door at 10am and immediately saw that I needed answers. James, if you're reading this, Ron was awesome. He put my mind at ease and explained several possible scenarios to me. The BEST customer service I've had in a really, really long time. I did not know what to expect when I got there or how the process went. It really was pretty swift, and I believe I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Ron, THANK YOU so much! It was such a pleasure working with you. I wish you all the best.”

“Upon the recommendation from several colleagues who are Pat Vitucci satisfied and "happy with his service" customers, I attended one of his financial seminars. I discovered that Vitucci and Associates have and are performing at the very top of the nation's broker-dealers. So, after meeting the man personally, I decided to utilize his services. Through numerous and significant market fluctuations, I candidly state they "protected me from myself" on more than one occasion and as a customer, I am satisfied. Further, it appeals to me to have an experienced, local go-to person for my financial needs rather than some "order-taker" for one of many large investment firms. So far I am happy with Vitucci and Associates, highly-recommend them, and will continue with them into the foreseeable future.”

“We worked with Tom Balk over the last few months in the process of buying our first home and we couldn't be happier. First of all, Tom is incredibly easy to work with. He explained all of the details and what to expect throughout the entire process and took all of my (dozens) of phone calls. Professionally and friendly since day one. Second, Wells Fargo has the best mortgage rates in the industry by far. Glad we went with Tom and would recommend his services/Wells Fargo to anyone looking for a great experience.”

“Today, my daughter and I had a walk-in at this Walnut Creek branch. We were greeted by a willing lady at the reception desk. While walking us through a couple of paperwork thingies to take care of, her assistance simply wowed us. At banks, opening an account would take a long, convoluted process, but it was quickly and easily done. Same thing for the other one, more complicated, since it related to a living trust. On our way back home in the car, we kept talking about how efficient and effective her help was. She was impressively knowledgeable and professional. Even more impressive was her demeanor - cheerful, delightful, and uplifting. She also gave us a few tips, which helped us make an informed decision. Wow. We had no idea how come this branch got a low rating. When we had seen the lackluster ratings, it lowered our expectations when we stepped in, but we were in for a pleasant surprise. 5-star, hands down, to us!”
