“My 10 yo always has a hard time, stumping phlebotomist right and left. They can never find her veins. (Yes, we hydrate and stay warm, wear layers, etc.) we have tried three Labcorp sites. And at each site, they poke her twice without success. Finally, at the Walnut Creek site we found Marcelino, the very best phlebotomist. My kiddo says he is magical. He found her vein on the first try. We have gone back to him after other failed attempts elsewhere. He find her vein on the first try.”

“Guessing there is new staff at this location because I was super impressed with the friendliness and competence of everyone I encountered in my visit today. So much so that I was thinking wow, you don't see pleasant people like that every day, I need to praise them on Yelp. I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews about the front desk - maybe that person is no longer there? I saw staff helping folks who had trouble with the check in monitor, and I was greeted with true warmth. The phlebotomist who did my blood draw was a delight - and I have been told I'm a "hard stick" - she made it easy and very comfortable for me. The online appointment system was easy to use and there is a ton of parking. I'd visit this location again for sure.”

“I agree Ed is amazing. He needs to train all the blood drawers I’ve ever had in my life. I can think of three that didn’t cause any sort of pain in 40 years and Ed is one of them.”

“I've been seeing a new doctor, who wanted me to get a Heartscan. So, off I went to be a good boy and get things medically done.It was a Saturday when I researched where I could get it done. Online, I filled out all my info and had hoped I could get the scan in South San Francisco. I hit submit, and got a strange website error. Instead, I sent the same info in an email. On Monday morning, I got a response that the South San Francisco closed during the pandemic. So, only Walnut Creek was available. They had several opening before, but I opted for a few days later when it would be more convenient for me to go to Walnut Creek. The location is a little off the freeway, and an older medical office building. Inside, it's simple but clean. I met the very nice lady that I had been emailing with, waited a few mins, and was seen by the tech for my scan. Easy-peasy. I laid down, and just my head and midway thru my torso into the machine. They took 2 different images, and it took a total of 5 mins (or less). In about a week, I had my results (mailed), and my doc also got them. Amazing technology and report: images, calcium volume score, and really telling and informative stats on your arteries (left main, LAD, LCX, RCA, and other) showing number of lesions, a [Agatson] Calcium score, and a Calcium Volume score. Also, very helpful comments and written analysis.Very good, and helpful, for sure. Insurance doesn't cover this, so it could be $495 out of pocket. My doc gave me a $100 coupon, so that was good.#Recommended”

“Recently me and my husband had appointments for our life insurance medical exam . Our medical examiner was Beverly and we were absolutely satisfied with the service provided. She was very professional and courteous, made us both feel comfortable including my husband that normally gets very anxious in hospitals or any type of clinics. Thank you ExamOne!!!”

“I was a little skeptical going here because of all the bad reviews. I had a great experience. Digital check in process. Phlebotomist was attentive. No bruise where I got blood drawn from”
