She was very polite, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. What made it even better was that she beautifully prepared a gift box for me, which made everything feel extra special and thoughtful. You can tell she truly cares about her customers.”
“If budget was not an issue I think half of my closet would be Marine layer. But understandably so the price is high with high quality. I really love their cozy styles with knits and high quality materials. The fit is really good and all the clothes that I've had from them have really stayed in good shape.”

“Great customer service and the clothing is exceptionally comfortable. I've had a pair of the legging like material joggers for a couple years and they are like new. Wear very well. I recently went in and bought a pair of super duper comfy cute leggings and a couple bra tops. I had gotten some stuff at Lulu and it was so thin and cheaply made and their in store selections suck, so I returned it for this awesome stuff. It's way nicer IMO and super cute and soft.”

“Vineyard Vines is one of my favorites store to shop at. They closed the ones at Santa Row & Stanford. When I saw it in. Walnut Creek I was happy. That store is even better than the ones they had in the South Bay. Problem is I am never up there.”
“I usually save my Credits and visit every 3 months to use my credits. This store is clean , organized and the staff are so helpful. Specificlly an associate cant think of her name Nice lady with glasses, speaks spanish!! OMG shes amazing!!! Always gives me tips, guides me with sizing and I end up leaving the store with Items I LOVE!!!!”
“I am not one to write reviews but from the moment I walked into this Travis Mathew location I felt like I was family. The employees that greeted me as I walked into the Broadway Plaza location were Jack and Mike. I believe Mike is the showroom manager of the location as he was directing and talking to the other employee's to help customers and was recommending items to the people shopping. Jack and Mike helped me select some items as I told them I was going on a golfing trip. I never felt like the two of them were pushing items on me but more of helping me select the best for me and look good. I ended up spending close to $500 and took advantage of an amazing promo they have going on up until memorial day. Highly recommend. I def will be going back again thank you Jack and Mike.”
