Pet Food Express is a pet food market with great customer service and extremely friendly staff. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and greet customers with a smile and positivity. The store itself is extremely clean and squeaky clean at all times. It offers a wonderful selection of good products at reasonable and good prices. Highlights include excellent pet wash stations that are clean, have more water, and provide treats and towels. The location also hosts weekly adoption breakout sessions for a local center. Customers and their pets love popping in, noting it is a really nice environment and a highlight of their day. It is a go-to store where both pets and people feel welcomed and can get everything needed for their furbabies.
Came in after my cats stopped eating their current food, and Jada was AMAZINGGGG! Jada helped me find the perfect food for my two picky senior cats, and was so knowledgeable. Thank you Jada!

Very happy with the selection although they didn't have one item. I still was able to get what my furbaby needed. The prices were reasonable compared to our pet store we go to in Arizona. Now that we live in California this is our go to pet food market from now on. Great customer service as well.

This location hosts weekly adoption breakout sessions for a local center I’m fostering with. The employees are so friendly and kind, coming through when someone needs an extra crate or they notice a bored kitty who needs a toy or two to be entertained ?
