The pharmacy staff is described as kind, considerate, and helpful, even when the lines are long. The store is clean, and the employees, including the exceptional Ms. Hong, are friendly and welcoming. While not always open 24 hours, Walgreens strives to provide a positive experience for its customers.
Needs improvement. Slow computer system causes slower service. Impatient patients and caregivers waiting in long lines for meds and overworked staff is a frustrating mix. It’s a horrible situation for patients and staff. Who’s in charge of fixing this? Do something.
