“ScriptWorks handles ordering and compounding of my dog's trilostane, a drug that has helped him survive Cushing's disease for several years now. The service here is wonderful, and the staff are super-helpful and friendly. We've had to adjust the prescription amount and compounding order a couple of times to meet our old doggo's needs, but they always get it right. I HIGHLY recommend ScriptWorks for anyone (animal or human) who needs their medication compounded!”

“We are grateful for the wonderful service you have provided to my disabled husband (80 year old stroke victim who uses a wheelchair). The pharmacist coming out to the car is a huge help. Thank you!”

“I just had a wonderful experience here. It feels kind of weird writing a review for a pharmacy but the technician and pharmacist that helped me truly went above and beyond and I super appreciated that during a stressful time of my life trying to get the meds I need. If I remember correctly their names are Sarah and Tien (hope that's the right spelling). They helped me figure out my insurance and even found coupons for me to lower the cost of my meds. I'm very happy and satisfied with my experience.”

“CareLink! Where do I begin? From my 1st calling around to locate a curbside flu shot location for my husband before Covid to the complications with chain pharmacies with getting his covid shots to Carelink calling me back! They must've taken my name & # & when they called back I luckily jumped at the opportunity to get my 1st as well as my most recent covid shot there & flu shot and this last week my husband also got his shingles, pneumonia & tetanus shots at CareLink. Specifically No hassles-ever. They answer the phone the 1st time every time. Easy in, easy out. No wait, organized, caring & professional. Personal attention. The platinum standard. Thank you Nahla & your staff. Simply the very best. Excellent example of the lost art of customer service!”

“This is how pharmacies should be! They are a small professional place- Kind, precise, non-judgmental (no dirty looks for the medication i am prescribed). No lines ever. No insurance issues. No being shorted on my script. No "woops we don't have that in stock even though you have been a client for years and called it in a week ago and you have to leave town...." No more panic attacks every month. Highly recommended.”

“For KP pharmacies this is a decent one. The stock is usually better, they are faster at receiving OOS meds, and it is typically well-staffed (they will open all customer windows if it is busy enough). They also have weekend hours. Most other KP pharmacies in the area are weekdays only.It can get fairly busy, especially early weekday mornings when a lot of people are coming from doctor appointments, as well as the standard rush-hour business. Best time to go is early afternoons. Even on the weekend, around 1-3 PM there is usually no line or it is very short.”

“Please fix your hours. Twice I've come into the pharmacy during the listed hours to find it closed, not on holidays. It's inconvenient and can mess with people's medication schedules.”

“Small so they know you and your meds after a while. Which can really come in handy if you’re going away and are in a jam… needing your Rx a day early, for example. Or any other number of hiccups that can occur dealing with refills, coverage, etc. Danielle and Christina are the two main pharmacists (not technicians) - they have been there for several years each. Possibly even more than a decade. You don’t find that anywhere else anymore and the small size means that they are able to almost keep an eye on everything that’s going on. Way moreso than your typical huge pharmacy wirh 4 or 5 technicians, who turnover every few months, and one main pharmacist, who ends up being way too overwhelmed and not at all in the mind frame to help you.But I love that really very few people are ever there in line. So after reading my review I beg you to stay at your own old pharmacy and don’t crowd this one. It’s taken. Lol.”

“Store was very clean and organized! Pat, the employee behind the register, was very helpful. The store has a lot of self check outs which is nice, but I like when there's someone behind the counter too.”

“To the person with greeter issues, this is the theft prevention and safety person in the store which was added to prevent the San Francisco style theft rings. It's been proven over and over that acknowledging a persons entry into a store actually prevents shoplifting from the average person to the professional.”

“I'm a Southern California resident that was visiting Northern California for work. I forgot to pack my thyroid medication and was in a bad situation since I'm not supposed to miss any days on this medication. I called into the pharmacy and spoke to Susanna. She was going to refill my medication, but I had zero refills left. She had to send a request to my PCP in Southern California to get approval for the refill. I came by later in the day and found out that my PCP had not responded to the request. The pharm tech I spoke to told me that he could do an emergency refill for me. I got my medication and was a happy camper. Overall, great experience and very friendly/helpful staff.”

“Best pharmacy around. All the staff are very busy but take the time to help their clients and make sure we are safe and well answered. The pharmacy manager is outstanding. Every single employee has gone overboard and I will always appreciate that as a nervous customer.”

“I want to recognize Gill for his diligent and practical help in securing my elderly aunt's medication via a transfer prescription from CVS, where the medication was not available. I had arranged for the prescription transfer online but got a little worried that the transfer would be processed on time. I called the store and spoke to Gill, and he outlined steps toward success. It is reassuring when people on site can help solve the online mysteries that sometimes occur.”

“Friendly staff and I mostly use the pharmacy. Even though they are short staffed they still try to say hello and help find what we need in the store! I love that this Walgreens is 24 hours!”
