“I love the CVS in Walnut Creek on N. Main in the Target store. I thought at first that it might be a bad idea because Target is always so busy, but I have not had to wait more than 5 minutes for my turn and usually I'm the only one there.
The people working in the pharmacy are professional and seem to know what they're doing. They're always friendly and are on top of things. And, amazingly, their phone system works. You leave a message and they call you back within an hour to help you work through whatever your issue is. I've spoken to one of the pharmacists and she immediately remembered who I was and what I needed, from my phone call.
This is all in stark contrast to the Walgreens at N. Main and Treat. There's always a long line and the hapless assistants don't seem to have a clue what they're doing. They've mixxed up my prescriptions and always act as if they're totally overwhelmed . Go to CVS, if you have a choice.?”

She waited for me all day to make sure I could make it before they closed with my short notice, filled out all the paperwork for me, and even offered to call another location so I could finish the rest of vaccines for my trip!”

I also notice this location in particular has a great workflow and lots of staff, which initially it looks busy with long lines, but they definitely have a lot of people working to help! And there’s an express lane.”
