The entire process was wonderful from walking into the showroom through the installation process. We love our new fireplace insert and are thrilled we got this done to enjoy during the recent stormy weather.

Excellent job refacing our fireplace. Removed the brick and wooden old mantle and replaced with tile. John even found the source of the chimney leak and repaired it. Respectful of property, good cleanup. Highly recommend.
