Horrible bank! My mother is elderly and on a fixed income. She was charged a $30 overlimit fee which she received no alerts for. I asked them to wave it as a courtesy but they refused. They have no sympathy nor do they care for their elderly clients. I can't recommend them to anyone.

Had to come to East West Bank today to make a deposit. They finally re-open and renovated so it looked pretty new. I don't believe they have a outdoor deposit box anymore so I had to go inside, but there wasn't any wait so it was nice and quick.
