“Fantastic customer service by Max Li and Kristine Lee. They helped me with business and personal accounts. Walked me through all the paperwork for the changes I was making and even assisted with setting up my Chase app login. Kristine Lee helped with some Private Client questions I had (I was not a Private Client) and even followed up with me via email on some Chase Invest questions I had that she wanted to research before answering.”
