“This Verizon Authorized Retailer provides an exceptionally smooth and positive experience. The employees are all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. “I had an excellent experience getting my phone fixed at Smartfix. I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro because the speaker wasn’t working properly, and I honestly thought it would be expensive. Every other place I checked was charging around $80 just to fix the speaker. When I came to Smartfix, Sahil took a quick look at my phone and immediately knew what the issue was.
Instead of replacing parts I didn’t need, Sahil cleaned the speaker thoroughly, and within five minutes my phone sounded perfect again. I was shocked at how fast and effective the repair was. Even better, he only charged me $15. That level of honesty and fairness is rare these days.
Sahil was very friendly, positive, and professional the entire time. He made the whole experience stress-free and explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about helping people, not just making money.

“My son and I went in for screen protectors. Two $20 items. Johnson didn't have them, but he offered to order them. When they came in he texted to let us know they were there and to come in at our convenience. The installation only took a few minutes and he did a perfect job. I highly recommend Johnson. Most things are Chinese based still they speak English just lots of signs in Chinese ( inside the grocery store ) however it’s the area I live in.
Sick of Verizon wireless &the whole billing department is a scam. I saw the sign outside 4 lines $100 promo or 5 $120 that’s amazing my bill with Verizon has never been under $340 for 4 lines and I couldn’t do it anymore
Steven made it quick and easy literally QUICK AND EASY HELPED me switch over my phones without having to call stupid Verizon’s customer service I even got a gift this store is located inside the grocery “168””

“Wow, what can I say about this company, not only is it fast and reliable, but when you walk into the shop, the way you feel comfortable knowing that all your transactions are safe and secure.
I have done extensive transactions and bought multiple accessories that last a long time, and every thing is high end and very useful.
Both Derrick and Gabriel are straight to the point and make sure that you are getting the best service possible.
One thing I was suppressed that the shop did was offer other services and other plans that are very affordable and are really the best fit, just recently I needed to get some internet for my small room, and I was so frustrated and upset that the priced for a service are so expensive!!!
But here is where this shop comes into place, I usually visit the shop and strike up a conversation with either Derrick or Gabriel, and as soon as you walk in, you see a sign (pictured below ⬇️) for a program where they find you affordable internet, and after some consideration and some talking, I now have great working internet for a cheap price,
all thanks to Derrick for a referral.
