“Listen up shoppers, I'm a regular and it seems like goodwills are going insane..this location has a rude clown manager working there. She makes this company look like a joke, with pink hair she's very rude and is errogant. The other workers are cool and this female acts like she is CEO of the store. I bought one thing and left. Not sure if I'll ever return..bad experience with west Covina. Circus is back in town. Fire that joke. Real nice people need her position....I'm shopping online now.”

However, they do have sort of a rewards program, so if you buy and use your phone number, you get discounts and coupons for future use. I have a 30% coupon currently waiting in my inbox that I cant wait to use!”

“I came in on Thursday found a purse marked incorrectly ( this was a designer purse) said it had to go back to be remarked and it would be out the next day I was heart broken. Talked with the manger she said come back should be on the floor the next day. I came in 30 min after they opened and couldn't find it anywhere spoke to the manager she said someone must had bought it PANIC SET IN. LOL. I found a wonderful gentleman named Chris told him I can't find it and can he look for it in the back WHEN I TELL YOU THE GLEE I FELT WHEN HE CAME THROUGH THE DOORS WITH IT!!!!!! CHRIS IS MY HERO...SO I KNEW THE PURSE WAS DESIGNER BUT HAD NO IDEA WHT IT GOES FOR..IT GOES FOR 1500 USED AND OVER 2K NEW!!!! IM OVER THE MOON...CHRIS IS THE BEST!!!!! Also walked out with a cashmere woman sweater tags on never worn retail was 280.00 and paid 5.99 love this store!!!!”
