Great place for coffee and any type of cool beverage.

Decent cheap iced coffee, surprisingly good hot tea, good selection of snacks, participates in the Free Slurpee Day in July. The staff are very friendly and accommodating of my bizarre cash back requests for coins for parking elsewhere. Also, the location is easy to get in and out of because of the layout of the streets.

They were okay. The clerk seemed scared of me for being nice and polite. It was a weird vibe.
